You must give notice at least 29 days before your ceremony (if you are subject to immigration control you should give notice at least 71 days before the ceremony).

Pricing
Fellowship Square
Fellowship Square offers options to suit various budgets. Prices range from £240 to £751 (Monday to Friday) and £460 to £1500 (Saturday and Sunday), depending on your chosen room.

Please Note: The outdoor areas of Fellowship Square are public spaces and may host organised events. Booking a room does not include exclusive access to these areas.

Certificates
Marriage and Civil Partnership certificates cost extra and are not included in the fees listed above. Certificates cost £12.50 plus postage. These will be posted to you within 7 working days after the ceremony. Certificates are not issued on the day of the ceremony.
You can also order a commemorative certificate which costs £10. This will be presented to you during your ceremony. The commemorative certificate is not a legal document. It’s a keepsake to remember your special day.
Religious Buildings
For ceremonies held in places of worship (e.g., churches, synagogues, mosques):
Registrar Attendance Fee: £104
Statutory Ceremony
A simple ceremony held at Waltham Forest Register Office (Walthamstow Library):
- Cost: £57
- Includes: A basic ceremony, held in an office within the library, without music, readings, or guests. Ceremonies only take place on a Tuesday morning, and we have limited availability.
Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellations
Refund Policy:
- If you cancel your ceremony with at least 42 days notice, we will refund your ceremony fee, minus a £50 booking fee.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the ceremony.
Amendments
To change your ceremony date or time:
- Fee: £37 (non-refundable).
