Fellowship Square
Weddings take place in the very heart of our community, at the iconic Waltham Forest Town Hall Campus. The newly transformed destination frames a beautiful public square and offers the perfect location for every type of occasion.
Fellowship square ceremonies will include a coordinator who can talk you through the logistics of your big day and help you plan it to perfection, your way.
The Fellowship Civic Chamber option adds a singular sense of occasion to any ceremony; steeped in the legacy of history and tradition where you will write your own chapter in the enduring story of Waltham Forest.
The Suites, each decorated to celebrate the work of one of our most famous names, William Morris. They bring an edge of warm elegance to a wedding and can also be used for a reception, unless the sun is shining and you’d prefer to celebrate with your guests in the open-air, with a view of the square’s dazzling fountain.
Pricing
Seaweed, Strawberry and Lodden Suite prices include room hire, the registrars’ attendance and one marriage or civil partnership certificate.
The fee is the same for a marriage, a civil partnership with a ceremony or a civil partnership with no ceremony. So enjoy a ceremony: marriage, civil partnership, renewal of vows, naming ceremonies.
Please note: Fellowship Square's outside area is open to the public which may host organised events. The hire of a room for a wedding or event does not give exclusivity to the building or outside areas.

The Fellowship Civic Chamber
The Fellowship Chamber is an integral part of the history of this grade II listed building and creates a magnificent space for weddings. Utilising the upper gallery can extend the capacity and the Victorian heritage adds a dash of unique personality to this imposing room.

These larger suites are decorated in their namesake William Morris wallpaper and offer wonderful weddings in a very classical, majestic setting Their ability to hold up to sixty guests provides the opportunity for a fantastically stylish ceremony surrounded by friends and family.

Fellowship Heart (Ground Floor Entrance)
